Production and Shipping Timeline: Typically 7-10 Days, Up to 3 Weeks for Early Orders

Genkey orders currently ship on a standard 7-10 day timeline. However, orders placed during the launch period may take up to 3 weeks depending on production stabilization and initial volume.
Our current shipping guidelines are as follows.
- Standard timeline: ships within 7-10 days after ordering
- Launch-period exception: may take up to 3 weeks depending on production volume and stabilization
- Beta participation orders: prioritized for production ahead of regular orders
During periods of high initial demand, production lead times may increase first. That said, we are currently communicating conservative timelines by default.
