Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Genkey website, applications, and related services (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Operator Information

The Service is provided by Genkey, a business based in the Republic of Korea, to users in international beta regions.

Seller details, taxes, payment terms, and shipping disclosures for a specific transaction may be shown again during checkout.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Where required by law, a parent or legal guardian consent is required.

4. Account and Security

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.

If you request account deletion, the account enters a pending-deletion state for 7 days. During that recovery window, you can sign back in and cancel the deletion request yourself.

After the 7-day recovery window ends, restoration is no longer available. Genkey may delete or irreversibly anonymize account-related data, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, chargebacks, or order fulfillment.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

For international orders, price, taxes, shipping charges, duties, and payment availability may vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

We may cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, sanctions, or legal restrictions.

6. Shipping, Cancellation, and Refunds

International shipping availability and timelines depend on destination, customs, and carrier conditions.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds follow /refund-policy, checkout-specific notices, and any mandatory consumer protection law that applies to your purchase.

7. User Content and License

You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

You grant Genkey a non-exclusive license to host, process, and use User Content solely to operate, secure, improve, and deliver the Service.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not violate laws, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights.

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Interfere with platform security or availability
• Use unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or automation
• Impersonate others or submit fraudulent transactions

9. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all rights in the Service and related materials belong to Genkey or its licensors.

10. Third-Party Services

Payment, logistics, and analytics services may be provided by third parties under their own policies and terms.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available.

Genkey is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid in the prior 12 months or USD 100, where legally permitted.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence may give you additional rights and may override conflicting contract terms where required.

If a service-specific or checkout-specific notice states transaction-specific dispute handling terms, that notice controls for the relevant transaction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be notified as required by law.
